EDIFIER W860NB adopts a hybrid（feed-forward+feed-backward）noise-cancelling technology to reduce noise more effectively.
Noise cancelling headphones utilize an amplifier to listen to surrounding commotion emitts a recurrence that removes outside commotion.
EDIFIER W860NB has 40mm NdFeB driver units with titanium dome diaphragm and independent cavity，producing strong bass and wide soundstage.
High consistency of the left and right driver units guarantees a well-balanced，natural sound.
Savvy Touch Controls
Control sound from a basic tap from your headphones without using the connected device.
Smart Touch controls on the earcup changes the volume and playback.
Tap twice to pause and resume a single track.

1. Red light instead of blue light flashes.
Answer: It means that the headphone is in low battery level, please recharge the headphone.
2. Red light is off during charging.

b. When the headphone is not used for long periods of time, thebattery will enter sleep state, it needs to charge about 30 minutes and then the red light will be lit.
3.No sound heard from the headphone.
Answer: a. Check if the headphone is operating.
b.Check if the headphone volume is at an appropriate level.
c.Check if the headphone is correctly connected with mobile phone.
d.Check if the headphone is operated within an effective distance.
4. The headphone calling effect is bad.
Answer: a. Check if mobile phone is in an area with strong signal.
b. Please ensure the headphone is within effective distance (10m ) and no obstacle between the headphone and mobile phone.
5. When playing music, unable to control pause/play/music via headphone.
Answer: Please ensure the paired device support AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile) profile.
6. It cannot use NFC to pair and connect.
Answer: a. Make sure NFC function of mobile phone has been enabled.
b. For initial pairing, let mobile phone touch the headphone for about 3 seconds and take away mobile phone until red and blue light blinks alternately, otherwise the pairing may be unsuccessful.
